For non-Catholic congregational needs, we carry gluten-free altar bread.
| The baking of these gluten-free wafers is completed in a dedicated bakery using positive air pressure to create a totally contaminate free room. The equipment is also dedicated to gluten-free baking and is not used for any other altar bread production. These gluten-free wafers measure 1-3/8″ and are packaged in boxes of 25 individually wrapped wafers to prevent cross contamination in transit.
Ingredients: Water, Garbanzo Bean Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, Fava bean flour, palm oil.t and while being stored. The shelf life is for one year.
